If you know the payday loan company is going to
take the money from your checking out it's best to close out the account before that happens and you incur all the fees from your bank and the payday loan company.

Trying to find a mailing address for some of these payday loan can also be a chore. I've found myself online and on the phone more than once trying to locate ANY mailing address I can use to notice these companies. Many change names, websites and phone numbers frequently in order to be elusive. This shady business practice makes it nearly impossible for consumers to get these companies to stop automatically withdrawing from their accounts, and it also makes it more diffficult to meet legal noticing requirements.
