- You must be a legal US resident to file for bankruptcy. (FALSE)
- You must be an eligible voter to file for bankruptcy. (FALSE)
- You must have a Social Security Number to file for bankruptcy. (FALSE)
- You need to be over 18 years old or of majority age to file for bankruptcy. (FALSE)
- You must not have a criminal record to file for bankruptcy. (FALSE)
